PDT 2.2.0 early access

Recently, I've posted these instructions for installing PDT 2.2.0 from the update site. The new version of PDT contains numerous performance improvements due to the new indexer. As always, please report bugs if you encounter any.

BTW, big thanks to Jacek Pospychala (and Nickb's support, of course :-]) PDT has moved to using Athena as a builder. Watch live PDT builds if you have permissions, of course :)

Hi, I am trying to follow your directions, but this link seems to not be right anymore:

http://download.eclipse.org/tools/pdt/updates/2.2/interim/

I'd really like to try out the new PDT, but I can't seem to download it right now.

@James, looks strange but the integration build has disappeared from this update site. I'm building another one right now...

I filed a bug report:

Hi Michael,

I wonder if you have any idea when the integration build is going to be updated next. The most recent version I'm seeing is 2.2.0.v200912030932.

cheers

@Keith, Please ask at PDT-dev mailing list, I've stopped actively contributing to this project.

Will do. Thanks.
